Tribble answers the health system’s RFP. Your clinical team signs off.

Health system and health plan RFPs, HIPAA security reviews, BAA questions and sales calls, answered from what your clinical, security and legal owners already approved.

Q&A addenda: when the health system answers every bidder’s questions, Tribble checks each answer against your draft and marks the ones that change. A change to a clinical claim goes to your CMO.

Health system RFPs

Tribble answers each section the way its owner approved it.

Supply chain sends the RFP, then IT security, the value analysis committee and legal each review their own sections. Tribble drafts every section from the answers its owner at your company already approved, in the health system’s template. Only an answer that changed since its last approval goes back to its owner. Health plan RFPs work the same way.

  • Clinical, integration, security and legal answers, each from its own owner
  • A changed integration answer goes to your integrations lead in Teams before it is reused
  • Every answer shows its source and who approved it
One health system RFP, drafted section by section. Only the changed answer goes back to its owner.

HIPAA security questionnaires and vendor risk assessments

Tribble answers the security review from the controls you already document.

Health systems send HIPAA security questionnaires and vendor risk assessments, and academic medical centers send the HECVAT. Tribble drafts each answer from your security policies, SOC 2 report and standard BAA. A question none of them covers goes to the person who owns it, in Teams.

  • Answers from your security policies, SOC 2 report and standard BAA
  • A question about de-identified data goes to your privacy officer in Teams
  • Every answer keeps its source, its approver and the date

Sales calls · Tribble Engage

Tribble keeps every call on answers your owners approved.

A health plan asks whether you can reach its Medicaid members in Spanish. Your partnerships team asks Tribble in Teams and gets the approved answer, with its source, before the call moves on. Nobody guesses about BAA terms or clinical evidence on a call with a CISO or a CMO.

  • Approved answers by program and member population, with the source attached
  • Live suggestions on recorded calls, with consent
  • Follow-ups drafted to Outlook, so you send and archive as you do today
Asked in Teams. Tribble answers from the language access statement your product team approved.

Business Associate Agreement terms

Tribble keeps every BAA answer on the terms legal approved.

Health systems ask about your BAA in the RFP, in the security review and again at contracting: breach notice, subcontractors, data return. Tribble answers from your standard BAA, and keeps each version of an answer, who approved it and every document it went into. When legal changes a term, you can see which responses went out under the old one.

  • Breach notice, subcontractor and data return answers from your standard BAA
  • Each version, its approver and every RFP and review it went into
  • Export the record when a health system asks. Your team sends it
The record behind a BAA answer: each version, its approver, and where it went.

GPO and IDN supplier onboarding

Tribble fills each health system’s supplier form from the documents your contracting team keeps.

A GPO agreement gets you on contract. Each health system in the network still onboards you as a supplier: tax forms, certificates of insurance, exclusion screening and its own questions. Tribble answers from your current supplier documents, and anything out of date goes to your contracting lead in Teams.

Everything Tribble answers when you sell to health systems and health plans.

Grouped by who owns the answer. Every one draws on the same approved evidence, policies and past responses.

FAQ

Common questions.

Does Tribble need access to PHI?

No. Tribble works from your proposal content, clinical evidence, security documentation and past responses. Each source keeps the permissions it already had, so people only see what they’re allowed to see.

Is Tribble HIPAA certified?

Tribble isn’t, and no vendor can be: there is no official HIPAA certification. Tribble is SOC 2 Type II compliant, and it answers HIPAA questions from your own security documentation, with the source attached.

How does Tribble stop a clinical claim going further than the evidence?

Tribble drafts clinical answers only from the evidence your clinical team approved, and shows the source, owner and approval date on each. When a question asks for more than the evidence covers, Tribble sends it to your clinical owner instead of stretching the claim.

Can Tribble tell which answers a health system’s Q&A addendum changes?

Yes. Add the addendum to the RFP and Tribble checks each of the health system’s answers against your draft, updates what your approved content covers, and sends the rest to its owner.

Can Tribble answer vendor risk assessments and HECVATs?

Yes. Tribble answers HIPAA security questionnaires, vendor risk assessments and HECVATs from your approved security documentation, and sends only new or changed questions to your security lead.

How does Tribble keep BAA terms the same in every response?

Tribble answers BAA questions from your standard BAA as legal approved it. When legal changes a term, every new response uses it, and the answer record shows which documents went out under the old one.

Can sales use Tribble on calls with health systems and health plans?

Yes. Tribble Engage answers in Teams or Slack with the source attached, suggests answers live on recorded calls, and drafts the follow-up to Outlook.

How is Tribble different from the response library we already have?

Tribble tracks the source, owner and version of every answer, and sends anything it isn’t sure of to the right person. A library stores answers, but it can’t tell which are out of date or which contradict a control that changed.

Bring your last health system RFP.

Send a redacted RFP, a HIPAA security questionnaire or a vendor risk assessment. We’ll answer it from your own material on the call, and show you which questions Tribble would send to your clinical, security and legal owners. If you don’t have one handy, we’ll use ours.
